Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your gear. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at KDW Performance LLC ("we," "us," "our").

01 30-day return window

You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

02 How to start a return

  1. Email us at wasilikidalalaki@icloud.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
  2. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. We recommend a tracked service — the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll confirm by email and process your refund or send your exchange.

03 Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement. We will notify you by email when the refund has been processed.

04 Exchanges

Wrong size? No problem. We're happy to exchange unused items for a different size, subject to availability. Follow the return process above and tell us which size you'd like instead — we'll ship the replacement as soon as your return arrives, at no extra product cost.

05 Return shipping costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover all return shipping costs and send a prepaid label where possible.
  • Change of mind / wrong size ordered: the customer covers return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

06 Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right immediately — with a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

07 Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, goalkeeper gloves that show signs of use and items marked as final sale cannot be returned, unless they are defective. Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable.

08 Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, first check with your bank or card issuer — processing times vary. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll trace it with our payment provider.
