Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how KDW Performance LLC ("we," "us," "our") processes and ships orders placed through kdw-performance.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

01 Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) after order confirmation and receipt of payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

02 Delivery times

All orders are delivered within a maximum of 7–10 days from the date of order. Typical timelines:

If we anticipate that your order cannot be delivered within 10 days — for example due to a stock issue — we will contact you proactively and offer you the choice of waiting, switching the item, or receiving a full refund.

03 Shipping costs

  • Orders over $75: free standard shipping (U.S.).
  • Orders under $75: flat-rate standard shipping of $5.90 (U.S.).
  • International orders: calculated at checkout / confirmed by email before payment. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

04 Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking. Your tracking number is sent by email with the shipping confirmation and can be used on the carrier's website to follow your parcel in real time. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at wasilikidalalaki@icloud.com.

05 Address accuracy & failed delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply) or a refund of the product price.

06 Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the maximum delivery window, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and, at your choice, send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund. Please keep packaging and photos of any damage to support the claim.
